Return and Refund Policy

At Zyvio, customer satisfaction is important to us. As a dropshipping store, we work with multiple suppliers to fulfill your orders. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds for eligible orders.

Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and have all tags and accessories intact.

Note: Due to the nature of dropshipping, not all items are eligible for return. Product-specific return eligibility is mentioned on the product page.

Return Process

  1. Email us at zyvio.in@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos/videos showing the issue (if applicable)

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

    • If pickup is unavailable at your location, you may need to self-ship the product to the provided address.

  3. Products must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.

Refunds

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Item is missing from the package.

  • Order was cancelled before shipment.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Used, washed, or damaged items

  • Products without original packaging or tags

  • Items returned beyond the return window

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an item is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, contact us at zyvio.in@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
